★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الخدمه سيئه يعني فوق ماجيتهم وقالوا لي لازم تحجز وحجزت وخليت السياره لين 3 الظهر علما اني حطيتها عندهم 8 اخر شي قالوا لي ماعندنا سمكري روح فرع جده!!!!!
Unfortunately, the service is bad. I mean, it is above what they were able to do. They told me that you have to book and book and leave the car until 3 noon, knowing that I put it in them for 8. The last thing they told me is that we do not have a plumber, the soul of the Jeddah branch!!!!!

Excellent maintenance, but a surprising note from them that changing the gear oil, they told me it’s okay to change it, and the car is hot, it is supposed to cool off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-اثناء زيارتي كان عندهم عرض ع القطع 40٪ لكن شغل اليد غالي جدا جدا جدا. ( اغلى من القطع نفسها)
2-في موظف اسمه *اسامة *غير محترم ولا ينجز العميل ويشوه سمعة الوكالة بشكل عام والفرع هذا بشكل خاص
اتمنى من الشركة تصحيح سلوك موظفيهم.
وشكرا.
1- During my visit, they had an offer for 40% off parts, but the handiwork was very, very, very expensive. (more expensive than the pieces themselves)
2- There is an employee named * Osama * who is disrespectful and does not fulfill the client and tarnishes the reputation of the agency in general and this branch in particular
I hope the company corrects the behavior of their employees.
