★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتى الأولى فى التعامل مع شركة عالم المعادن فرع مكة المكرمة وخصوصا التعامل مع الاستاذ/ ناجي المسئول عن المبيعات تجربة تستحق كل التقدير والاحترام حيث تتوفر تصاميم واشكال متعددة للابواب الحديد ومتوفر تصميم الأبواب حسب طلبي، وأخص هنا الاستاذ ناجى لقمة احترامه ورقى تعامله ومتابعته الدقيقة معنا فى الطلبية الخاصة بمشروعنا بمكة مع الدقة والاهتمام بجمبع ما طلبناه والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم له منى كامل التقدير والاحترام وان شاء الله يكون فى تعامل آخر بمشاريع أخرى قريبا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة لن تتكررفي فرع مكه أمام مستشفى النور بسبب عدم المصداقية في المواعيد والتاجيل بحجج لا مبرر لها وخاصة من الموظف المسؤل في الفرع وعدم الرد على الهاتف علما انه تم استكمال مستحقاتهم المالية بدون تبليغ العميل او الاعتذار له عن سبب التأخير
قمة الإهمال والتسيب من هذا الفرع انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل معه من شهر ٣ إلى شهر ٥

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا لا لا لا انصح بتعامل أو توقيع عقد معها، عقود تحمي الشركة ولا تحمي العميل .. عدم الالتزام بمواعيد التركيب أو مواعيد الإشراف ..( تسويف في العمل، عمالة جداً جداً سيئة، مهندسين كذابين في وعودهم) ليس لديهم مسؤول لتواصل معك أو حل مشاكل العميل ، اكثر من ثلاث اشهر لتركيب ١٨ متر دربزين، ( تم دفع قيمة العقد كامل بدون اي تأخير من الطرف الأول .. لكن الطرف الثاني لم يلتزم بوعوووده الغير صادقة). مشرف معرض يستلم المبلغ ( ولا يرد عليك بعدها ). نصيحة اخ لكم ،،، وسلام

الشركة جيدة ، قد يكون هناك تأخير بسيط ، ولكن يتم التنسيق مع العميل وإبلاغه بتأخير الموعد.
من حيث الجودة (القطع-التركيب-اللمسات النهائية) :
لم أجد مشاكل لحد الآن ، وأستطيع تقييمهم ب٩٠%.
من حيث الاهتمام بالعميل وحسن التعامل :
الشركة جيدة في هذه النقطة ، وكان تعاملهم راقي وجيد.
