★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some places that are custom restaurants from America and Europe that don't deserve to be established here in the Kingdom. This place is one of them. Shame on this owner and their lack of training to respect the recipe.
They severely overcook the crab. You can literally cream it out of the shell. It's supposed to be flakey, there's is mushy. The lobster is the same. Very overcooked. They over butter the food as well. Many times you'll find these companies that over season and over oil/butter their foods as if that's how our foods are prepared and cooked.
As for the shrimp, is you ask the cashier of the shrimp is butterflied and cleaned, they say yes, they're peeled. ??♂️ This is a clear reflection of ownership and management not understanding how to prepare seafood and clean shrimp... There's no option to devein the shrimp, or they don't offer that option. And the employees don't understand what deveining (butterflying) means. This was my second time visiting. The first time I took home my food, yesterday we ate in. I showed the cashier what I meant. And he said yes. Got home and they were peeled and uncleaned. If I was to ask if they offer wild caught instead of Farm raised, I wonder if they would know that... ??♂️.
