★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really big and got everything I needed, I went to over 7 places and couldn’t find what i need but found it there. Very friendly staff. The only problem is you need to know arabic or have a picture of the thing you want so they can help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security staff are irresponsible, we've lost an item left in the customer service, they don't hand you a claim card, they'll just tell you to leave your things on top of the counter. We saw on the security camera that a random person simply took our bag with no fear at all... Sorry is good if you're things are not expensive, sad to say they have a potential for more customers, they are not just that sensitive and organized on the security details.
