عدد عمال النظافة كبير وعلى خط النار عند طلبهم
تصميم الشقق شرح وواسع
وبخصوص النت جيد وذلك لضعف النت بالمنطقة كامله
وبخصوص الاسعار فيها مرونه عاليه واسعار جدا" ممتازة
والجميل انه هناك حمام بخار وساونا وجاكوزي وحمام مغربي
اجماليا" ممتاز ويستحق السكن
وبمتابعه شخصيه من المالك يوميا" ويرحب بالجميع وذو خلق جميل ويلتمس من الجميع النواقص ويبادر بتوفيرها
ولي عودة له باذن الله

الاسرة غير مريحة مزعجة
" استأجرت احد الايام وكان في عمال فوق السطح وكانوا فوق الشقة بالضبط وازعاج من الساعة 6 الصباح واتصلت على الاستقبال ووقفوهم ساعة ورجعوا يشتغلوا ضاربين بالامستأجر وراحته عرض الحائط كلمتهم مرة اخرى واوقفوهم وطلبت رقم المسؤول عن الشقق لكن المسؤول طلع أسوء من موظفين الرسبشن يقول ماحد اشتكى الا انت " الشغلةان فوق شقتي بالضبط" بالله هذا رد واحد يهمه امر النزلاء
المهم
كنت اتوقع يقول نعوضك بليلة اخرى لكن الشرهه على من اخذ فيها ،، نصيحة غيرها افضل " ارتال " قمه في الروعة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جيد لا بأس به ويوجد استجابه من العاملين لتصليح أي شئ في الغرفه بسرعه والانترنت جيد جدا
لكن لايوجد ماء لعمل شاي او حذاء حمام
لكن الخدمه جيده وفريق العمل جيد
