الأصناف غير واضحه ويفترض بطاقة تعريفية ملصقة بالتفصيل عشان واحد يفهم ، مو لازم نقدر نبحث عن العامل يساعدنا ونسأل عشرات الأسئلة ..!!

الموظفين ممتازين وخدومين
هذا الفرع اتمنى انهم يصلحون المواقف امام المحل فهي من اكثر من سنه وهي غير لائقه ابدا ومتكسره وارفقت صوره لارضية المواقف الحاليه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طعم الشوكولاتة لذيذ والأسعار مناسبة، لكن للأسف الخدمة غير جيدة، طلبت من الموظف توفير أنواع شوكولاتة غير معروضة خاصة وأن مناسبتي بعد ثلاثة أيام، وذكر لي أنه لا يمكن ذلك ولا يعرف أرقام الفروع الأخرى ليتواصل معهم، وعند إتمام الطلب طلبت من الموظف الآخر رقم هذا الفرع للتواصل والاستلام، قام بإعطائي بطاقة تحتوي على أرقام جميع الفروع بالرياض !
