★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا توجد مرونة عند إلغاء الطلب. اشارككم تجربتي، طلبت علبة شبكة وبعد اقل من ساعتين طلبت إلغائها عند الأخ هيثم. لكن تم تحميلي تكلفة الاستاند بينما كان بالإمكان تجنب ذلك خصوصا ان وقت الالغاء اقل من ساعتين.
There is no flexibility on canceling an order. I share with you my experience, I requested a network box and after less than two hours I asked to cancel it with Brother Haitham. But the cost of the stand was charged while it was possible to avoid it, especially since the cancellation time is less than two hours.
