- أثاث الشقة جديد ونظيف (النقطة هذي تعتبر من مميزات العمارة اللي تميزها عن باقي شقق العزاب على مستوى عام)
- نظافة العمارة ممتازه
- العامل المسؤول عن العمارة يفضل تبديله بعامل آخر لانه يفتقر إلى اللباقة وحسن التعامل مع المستأجرين
- وبخصوص مواقف السيارات تعتبر سيئه بشكل عام لأن أغلب العماير اللي على نفس الشارع عماير خاصة بالعزاب
