★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق نظيفة والموقع ممتاز على شارعين في حي الفهد الشمالي بالقرب من الخدمات، مساجد وحديقة وتموينات ومطاعم ومغاسل ملابس ومغاسل سيارات ومحطة وقود،اضافة قربها من بعض الادارات الحكومية.
يوجد مهيلة بالشقق لتقديم المشروبات الساخنة كالقهوة والشاي.
الموظفون متجاوبون مع النزلاء ويبذلون خدمات طيبة.
الاسعار معقولة ومواقف السيارات متوفرة.
تحتاج للمتابعة والصيانة المستمرة خصوصاً الحمامات والابواب.
The apartments are clean and the location is excellent on two streets in Al Fahd Al Shamali neighborhood, close to services, mosques, a garden, supplies, restaurants, laundries, car washes and a gas station, in addition to its proximity to some government departments.
There is a facility in the apartments to serve hot drinks such as coffee and tea.

Prices are reasonable and parking is available.

والمفروض الغرفتين يكون فيه دورة المياه ٢ قترح كتطوير افضل
بنسبه لنظافه والخدمه وتعامل الموظفين ممتاز جداً
The working time is supposed to be cheaper
The two rooms are supposed to have 2 bathrooms, suggested as a better development
As for the cleanliness, the service and the behavior of the staff is very excellent
