★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه الفندق او الشقق مره نظيف عكس اللي جنبهم ..وماشاءالله الغرف مرررره نظيفه وريحتها تجنن حتى الممرات..واشكر العم ابووليد ان طيب ويستاهل كل خير وانا اجي اسكن عنده كل ماجيت بريدة ..بصراحه انصح فيها واللي فهمت انه مشروع سكن جمعية أيتام المبلغ اللي تدفعه يروح للجمعية..شاكر ومقدر لكم جهودكم
Honestly, the hotel or apartments are clean, unlike the one who spared them..and God willing, the rooms are clean, and their smell is crazy even the corridors..I thank Uncle Abu Walid that good and deserves all the best and I come to live with every one who came to Buraidah .. Honestly I advise it, and I understood that it is the housing project of the Orphans Association. You pay to go to the association..thank you and appreciate your efforts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل ونظيف لكن مشكلته ماعندهم اوراق يعطونك اياها عند الخروج فما تدري اذا الشقه اصلاً قفلو على اسمك وحسابك فيها ولا لا لان الشقق بشكل عام ممكن تستخدم بعد خروج الزبون باسمه قبل الغاءها ما اقصدهم اتكلم بشكل عام عشان كذا أتمنى يكون كل شي على السستم دخول وخروج عشان عصر الورق انتهى لكن مجملاً جيده للسكن ورخيصه مقارنه بما فيها من مطبخ وصاله وغرفه وحمام في حال فكرت اجي القصيم بمر عليهم ليش لا لكن بفكر الف مره بسبب المواقف اللي مستحيل تلاقي موقف كلها فل ما استغلو الحديقه اللي قدامهم لو كل الشقق والفنادق اللي بجنبهم اتفقو و وراحو كلمو البلديه او الجهه المسؤوله وسووها مواقف انحلت لانها كبيره ولا لها داعي مجرد مسطح اخضر
Nice and clean, but his problem is that they don’t have papers to give you when you go out, so you don’t know if the apartment was originally locked to your name and your account in it or not because the apartments in general can be used after the customer leaves his name before canceling them. What do I mean by them I speak in general so I hope that everything is on the system entry and exit because The age of paper is over, but a good outline for housing and cheap compared to its kitchen, hall, room, and bathroom. If you think to come to Al Qassim over them, why not, but thinking a thousand times because of the situations that are impossible to meet with all of them, so they would not take advantage of the garden in front of them if all the apartments and hotels that are beside them agree and They went to the municipality or the responsible party and settled them, positions that were dissolved because they are large and have no need, just a flat green

Excellent clean, quiet place and wonderful reception. More than once I live with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق مقارنة بالسعر أكثر من رائعة، طاقم الاستقبال (السعودي / المصريين) تعاملهم في قمة الرقي والمهنية??
لدي بعض الملاحظات للإدارة الموقرة:-
- نأمل استبدال مراتب الأسرّة لأنها سيئة جدًا واستبدالها بمراتب معتدلة الليونة.
- الطرّاحات الإضافية للنزلاء سيئة لأبعد الحدود ولا يُعتد بها ولا يمكن النوم عليها نهائيًا.
- الوسائد مستهلكة بالكامل وتحتاج للاستبدال.
شاكر ومقدر لكم تفهمكم ?
The apartments compared to the price are more than great, the reception staff (Saudi / Egyptians) treat them with the highest level of sophistication and professionalism ??
I have some notes for the esteemed management:-
- We hope to replace the mattresses, because they are very poor, and replace them with mattresses of moderately softness.
- The extra blankets for the guests are extremely bad, unremarkable and absolutely impossible to sleep on.
Pillows are fully worn out and need to be replaced.
