الشقق موقع ممتاز الخدمات جميعها متوفره لاتحتاج سياره المالك رجل محترم جدا و متقبل لاي شي يكون في راحه السكان وكريم والرجل وافي بجميع الامور
الغرف ممتازه و النظافه ممتازه يحتاج شويه صبر للعماله يبدوا توهم جديدين
الاستقبال لا يوجد بهم ملاحظه ممتازين في جميع الامور

اتوقع لها مستقبل افضل وافضل
سكنت شهر لديهم و تحياتي لهم جميعا واخص المالك حيث انه لا يمكن يرد او يعترض على شي فيه مصلحه للساكن و كذالك احترامه للساكنين بس لو هه ينتبه الطيب شوي لبعض البطانه اتوقع بيكون هناك تقدم قوي بس يبدوا انه منشغلا جدا والحقيقه انا طولت في التقييم لانني لفيت جميع شقق الخرج كلها شقق الفخامه الاولى بدون منافس و قريت جميع التقيمات بعضهم غرف صغيره ماهي صغيره بالشكل الذي يؤدي لملاحظه غرف متوسطه مرتبه نظيفه جميع التجهيزات بها الا اذا بعض السكان بيقلط ناس في غرفه النوم والا يقيم حفله يعني تقييم مو منطقي
التقييم هذا ليس محابه لاحد والا فيه اي نوع من التلاعب انا مستعد لمناظرة اللي له ملاحظه على ما ذكرت و بيت الشعر يدل اني مقيم بمصداقيه وشفافيه والكمال لله
