★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله بنصح ماحد يستاجر بيها اناء سكنت وانقرفت من رايحةالحمامات والاثاث القديم الوسخ ولايوجد قريب منها اي سوبر ماركة او اسواق الاستقبال بيه يمني وسخ ومعاه مصري شايفين حالهم وباين صاحبها او مدير ليها جالس في شقة مكيف حالة مع اصدقائه ٢٤ ساعه عايش جو ثاني.لايوجد توصيل ولا يتوفر وسيله تخدم الزبون مثل ايصاا المغسلة.دايما المصعد عطلان.
الصوت مزعج كثير بتسمع اللي فوقك مافيه عوازل ابدا.
لما تحتاج مفارش اضافيه بياخذو سعر دبل
جرس الحريق بيشتغل بطريقه مفاجيه وبيخوف الناس حتى اخر الليل
مياه الخزان دايما بتخلص ماعرف ليش يعني الخدمات منهارة جدا
انا سكنت فيها بشهر محرم وكانت جميلة ورايعه جدا ماني عارف ايش صابهم يمكن عين حاسد ..
لو بتتاخر في الخروج بيفصلو عليك الكهربا بصراحة موظفي الاستقبال سئين جدا جدا
المفارش ملوثه بالشعر والبقع الملونه بصدق حاجه تقرف الانسان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقه اللي اخذناها مره مو حلوه ومن دخلنا وكلها صراصير وريحة دورات المياة مره مو زينه وبالنسبة للنت اول يوم عطونا الباسورد وثاني يوم طلعونا من النت ولو كان فيه تقييم اقل من نجمة كان حطيته وما انصح احد فيه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق شرحه والاهم الاثاث نظيف وبدون روائح مكانها قريب من الخدمات المطبخ ركن لكن الصاله والغرف واسعه متوفر فيها جميع المرافق من غسالة وغيره سعرها مناسب جدا بالشهر والاستقبال متعاون جدا وخدوم،،مريت اغلب شقق الخرج تعتبر من افضلها مقارنه بالسعر والموقع ومساحة الشقه ومناسبه للاقامه الطويله
السلبيات:
الشقق تختلف سكنت بالبدايه بالدور الاول الشقه صغيره والاثاث اقل نظافه وفيه تسريب مياه عكس شقق الدور الثاني المطله ع الشارع مهمتمين فيها اكثر واوسع

عزل الشباك سيئ صوت السيارات عندك
