★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق نظيفه وواسعه واثاثها جديد واسعارها معقوله .. عيبها ماحولها خدمات لازم سياره ..وشبكه زين ضعيفه لكن stc ممتازه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم أسكن فيها . تواصلت معهم قبل أوصل الباحة وقال كلمني الساعه واحدة الظهر . تواصلت معه في الوقت المحدد ولم يرد إلا اليوم الثاني .

كون الشقق فل وممتلئة هذا لا يعني تتجاهل اتصالات الزبائن لكن كذا حتخسر مجموعة كبيرة ولا تنسى الان مافي أحد يستأجر إلا بعد يشيك على التعليقات .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق نظيفة جداً وجديدة والسعر معقول جداً، تبعد عن وسط الباحة 15 دقيقة.
يعيبها مطبخ صغير جداً غير مجهز بثلاجة أو فرن أو مايكروويف أو غلاية (فقط دولايب).
يبدو لي الشقق غير رسمية وتحتاج تطوير من المالك (وجود استقبال، رقم هاتف للاستقبال، طاقم خدمة..)
Very clean, new and very reasonable apartments, 15 minutes away from the center of Al-Baha.
Its defect is a very small kitchen that is not equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave or kettle (only cupboard).
It seems to me the apartments are informal and need an upgrade from the owner (reception, telephone number for reception, service staff ...)

يعيبها .. عزل الصوت ضعيف .. لايوجد هاتف بالاستقبال او جرس لندا الموظفين
تواصل صاحب العقار كان ممتاز
