★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقعه كويس لكن سعره غالي شوي وما يهتمون ابد بالنظافه وريحه الشيشه والدخان اعوذ بالله فايحه بكل مكان ادوات المطبخ ناقصه مره مافي الا دولاب صغير وثلاجه بس وعندهم هيتر لكن يشتغل على الستيل بس غيره لا والافياش بعضهم قديمه الايجابي اللي فيه حسن الاستقبال والتعاون والموقع بس لو يتهمو بالنظافه على المخدات والفرش خاصه يكون جميل واتمنى ينتبهوا للشيء هذا

النظافة جيدة باستثناء الكنب والفرشات الارضية زبالة
الاسرة والدواليب والارضيات والمطبخ والحمام نظيفة
السعر بالنسبة للسكن رائع
الاستقبال ودود ومتعاون
جوارها بقالة وحلاق والمغسلة خمسين متر
وايضا غربها ممشى مزروع
لورجعت مرة ثانية سكنت فيها واخذت معي شرشف للكنبات وفرشة ارضية واعفاكم
Relatively acceptable
Hygiene is good except for sofas, mattresses, and trash
Beds, cupboards, floors, kitchen and bathroom are clean
The price for accommodation is great
Reception is friendly and helpful
Next to it is a grocery store, a barber, and the laundry is fifty meters away
And also to the west of it is a cultivated pathway
I would go back a second time in which I lived and took a sheet for sofas and a floor mattress and would spare you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسبي الله عليهم.. اخيس شقق.. والسبب :أولا :الاجار والقيمة سياحية يعني مو رخيص غالي... ثانيا :انه الفرش والمخدات وسخة لا يهتمون بالنظافة، ثالثا.. لاتوجد افياش في الغرف تشحن عليها جوالاتك. وان وجدت لازم تشتري محول كهربا او موزع او حرامي الكهربا لان الافياس اللي عندهم قديمه.. رابعا المكيفات كلها شباك حق غرف النوم يعني ازعاج صح انها تبرد بس مزعجة ومكسرة.. خاميا الاثاث عادي. سادسا الابواب مخلعة. سابعا بعض الشقق لا تتوفر على ثلاجات ولا ميكرويف ولا غاز ثامنا شاشاتهم صغيرة.. تاسعا ضغط الماء. في دورات المياه ضعيف يعني حتى دوش ما تعرف تتحمم.. بصراحة الشقة ما تستاهل اكثر من ٥٠ ريال..
