★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unfortunately the worst in delivery! If I can.give you lower than one star which you deserve it with your unprofessional delivery representatives; my shipment with you was unfortunately estimated to be delivered between tow to 5 days from last Sunday. I received message from your company in the morning that my shipment is out of your storages for delivery. Then your diver sent me what’s up to confirm again my location at 3;13 pm. Then he contacted me at 21:40 to inform me that he has 2 more minutes to reach my location. Which extended to be one hour & half?!!!!!! ? I tried to contact him but he was giving me busy line ? the I sent him what’s up for his status, to be surprised who him telling me that the company time is over !!! And Maybe he will deliver my things tomorrow?!!!!?
And when I contacted today your supposed to be customer services ; she told me that my delivery will be on this coming Saturday!! I told her; who come that me the customer who will endure this delay?!!!! She told my robotically that she can’t do anything!!!!
