لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم حيث أنه لا يتم تجديد العقد بنفس العقد السابق بل قد يزيد كما حدث معي
أول سنتين تمام بعدها زادو علي الإيجار والأفضل أنهم يقدرون الشخص المنتظم بالسداد فإذا خرج بإمكانكم وضع سعر جديد
