I orders kabsa, broasted chicken, Shawarma sandwich.
For broasted chicken I ordered original meal for the kids.. However I got it spicy!! Never know before my daughter went crazy
There is no family service in this branch. So if you're taking your family, you have to let them wait you in the upper floor (seating area) and start fighting to collect every single item from your order from its dedicated window.
Adding to that, Staff preparing food is very rude and not nice at all. I feel like Im doing something wrong :) but im just ordering food.
Anyway, if you're going to have a nice time, this part of the visit will ruin it.
I have to mention that cashiers are very nice and also people serving the upper floors are very kind (note: there's a staff upstairs but they are not preparing your order - just post-ordering service).
Note: these 2 stars are for the quite-nice food and people upstairs. Service is horrible.

Chicken price is 14 and meat is 15
It was whole meat shawarma with just some mayonnaise in it. No french fries or veggies or ketchup. Make sure you tell them if you want those added.
The meat was good and tasty , and spicy shawarma was nice and spicy to my liking.
Quantity of shawarma is okay , but since it's full meat it's fine
It was crowded and takes some time to get it ready.
