★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق حلوة ومقبولة العيب الوحيد اللي اشوفه ان المكيفات من النوع القديم شباك لكن تبريدها حلو واذا بتستاجر خذ دور ارضي لان بيجيك حوش صغير حلو للجلسه في الليل
طبعا انا اخذت غرفتين وصالة ومطبخ وحمامين والشقه حلوة
الخدمات تبعد عن الشقق ٩٠٠ متر عشان كذا خذ احتياطك
ولكن الميزة انها قريبه من البحر

الان صراحة سيئة المطبخ غير نظيف الدواليب ، لا يوجد غاز، الأثاث قديم، النظافة مشي حال ، دورات المياه تحتاج صيانه ، نظافة الثلاجة وسط
السعر مرتفع جدا جدا جدا مقابل العيوب ،
و بصفة عامة الشقيق يحتاج اهتمام ونظافة وتطوير
