★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جودة الدجاج جميله لكن للأمانة طلبت منهم شاورما قرصان وجاني مب قرصان جتني خبزة عاديه ومتقطع كله كان له عشر ايام مب طازج وكله يطيح مني لما اكل !! وطلبت فطيرة جبن لذيذه لكن الشكل مجدع فوق بعض وحالته حاله مزين من غير نفس ، والشاورما الفرنسية جتني الخبزة محترقه ويالله تنعض ! اتمنى الانتباه لأدق التفاصيل

لكن.. المحل فيه مشكلة كبيرة في التشغيل داخل المطبخ وفوضى والجو حار ولخبطة بالطلبات والأمر هذا يرجع لأكثر من أمر
عدد الأصناف والخيارات كثيرة جداً جداً،، يوجد خمس أنواع من الخبز وثلاث أنواع من الشاورما وتخيّل معي عميل يطلب إضافات خاصة مثل بدون طماط أو بدون بصل أو بدون ثوم
كمية الأصناف والخيارات الكثيرة تسبب فوضى وتأخير في تجهيز الطلبات
أي محل في بداياته لابد يبدأ بعدد محدود من الأصناف وبعد ما يضبط عملية التشغيل يقدر يضيف منتجات إضافية.. عندهم مكينة دجاج شواية ماله أي قيمة ومسببه زحمه وحراره بالمحل
نصيحتي لصاحب المطعم: قلل أنواع الخبز وإلغ الدجاج المكسيكي وإلغ الفطاير واضبط شغلك على شاورما الدجاج واللحم فقط وبعد ما تضبط عملية التشغيل تقدر توسع في المنتجات
سيتم تعديل التقييم لاحقاً لأن المكان يستاهل ومتأكد إن المشاكل راح تنحل مع الوقت

Quantity of items and many options cause chaos and delay in processing orders
Any shop in its infancy must start with a limited number of items, and after controlling the operation process, it can add additional products.
My advice to the owner of the restaurant: Reduce the types of bread, cancel the Mexican chicken, cancel the pies, and set your work on chicken and meat shawarma only, and after you control the operating process, you can expand the products
The evaluation will be modified later because the place is worth it and I am sure that the problems will be resolved with time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دخلت عندهم وكنت بطلب تفاجأت أحد الموظفين يقول مااقدر اعطيك شي قلت له ليش قال الكاشير ماهو موجود قلت له طيب انت حاسبني قال لا وطلعت من عنده وقفل الباب بالمفتاح وراي ؟ أستغربت التعامل السيء منه لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم ?
