★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كمية الدجاج قليلة جداً جداً لدرجة أن طعم الصوصات طاغي على طعم الدجاج.
طريقة تقطيع الدجاج وفرمه إلى أجزاء أصغر تحول دجاج الشاورما إلى دجاج مفروم بغية التوفير على حساب الجودة ورضا العميل .
من الافضل تقطيع الشاورما من السيخ مباشرة إلى الساندوتش بدل من سقوطها في الصحن مع البقايا ومن ثم يلتقطها العامل بيده بدلا من استخدام ملقاط او ملعقة عميقة.
