الاشكاليه فى تأخر الطلب انتظار فوق ٧ دقايق بس الطعم والتعامل يستاهلون انتظار ٧ ساعات ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمت بالحضور للمطعم الساعة ١٢:٣٠م ولم يتم تقديم الخدمة مع ان المطعم مفتوح وقال عامل ان الخدمة يتم تقديمها بعد نصف ساعة ، ماهو الهدف من فتح باب المطعم دون تقديم الخدمة الرجاء قفل الباب او تعديل مواعيد العمل او توجيه العمال بعدم تصريف الزبائن والتقاعس عن تقديم الخدمة وشكرا لكم ، المطعم مميز لكن تقديم الخدمة خاضع لمزاجية العمال بالمطعم
