انتم شركه فاشله تستحق إغلاق أبوابها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما يردون على الاتصال ... اتصلت اكثر من ١٠ مرات ما احد يرد .. المفروض يوظفون شخص مسؤول عن اتصالات الزباين او يضفون جوال ثاني للرد والتواصل مع الزباين
صراحه كان شغلهم في قبل كم سنه مزبوط لكن تغيروا كثير وهذا ان دل يدل عن ان الاداره سيئه
They don't answer the call... I called more than 10 times and no one answers... They should hire someone responsible for customer communications or add a second mobile phone to answer and communicate with customers

تجربة جدا جدا سيئه واخر مره اتعامل معاهم لا يوجد استجابه بخصوص الشحنات والموظف اذا اتصلت به يرد بعد عشرين اتصال ومن طرف خشمه وكأنه متفضل عليك والتغليف يجبرك تدفع عندهم وفي النظام تختار في منطقة التسليمم ولا اي مكان
لا انصصصح فيهم ابدا❌❌❌.
