R	Re7ab Saad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمت باستئجار شاليه رقم ٢ يوم الجمعه 28 اوقست ٢٠٢٠ وانقطع الكهرب بشكل جزئي الساعه اربعه عصرا والمكيفات لم يعد يشتغل الا واحد منها والانوار ااغلبها ماتشتغل وكان الشاليه مليء بالضيوف وقمت بالاتصال على الحارس المصري للابلاغ ويامرني باني اتواصل مع شركه الكهرباء???! تجاوزته وكلمت ابو راكان مالك الشاليه وكان غير متعاون ابد ورفض بترجيع لو ثلث المبلغ وصوته عالي جدا اثنا النقاش وكذالك رفض يعوضني بيوم اخر في الويك اند وكذالك كان مايرد عندما علم بالمشكله في الكهرب وحاولت الاتصال عليه من رقم مختلف حتى يقوم بالرد وبعد ذالك لم نتوصل الى حل مرضي وبعد ذالك لعدم وجود تكيف واضاءه مناسبه اضطريت للخروج من الشاليه وكان موقف سيء جدا امام الضيوف لن اعيد التجربه ولو كان متعاون لكان افضل من تلك الفوضى التي حصلت بالامس I rented Chalet No. 2 on Friday 28 August 2020, and the electricity was partially cut off at four in the afternoon, and the air conditioners were no longer operational, except for one of them, and the lights most of them were not working, and the chalet was full of guests.
