Very poor customer service. Staff was not cooperative, big liar & his behavior was pathetic. Trying to find lame excuses for not returning insurance money.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but staff is bad (ali baba) . While checking out they will deliberately blame you for missing things. In my case they asked about a missing cover remote and a locked bathroom door which cant be locked without the key and there is no key given beforehand. Mr. Rafiq the guy is ill behaved and no manners very stubborn. Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and pathetic service, Staff were extremely rude and liars, finding childish excuses of not returning insurance money.
We stayed yesterday, at the time of check out their staff blamed us of following.
1) misuse of furniture
It’s basically their staff who misplace one room furniture in search of one missing receiver remote (hardly 10 riyal available at any Baqala)
2) dirt or garbage
Their were no garbage or dirt, it’s just some plastic water bottle and some pcs of aluminum foil in kitchen which is normal in any hotel or Istaraha for that they charge us SAR 250. We don’t understand even to remove some disposable garbage they charge money, it’s quite normal in any hotel to clean after check out.
3) locked one of the toilet door
We still don’t understand how someone can locked the door from outside without key it should have malfunctioned earlier
4) missing receiver remote (not original)
This might be our only fault which is hardly 10-15 riyal
Overall very bad customer service.

BUT!
After all that fun & entertainment our happy checkout turned into AGITATION.
The guys working there came to check the place and made hell of a fuss for little things like a remote back cover missing, a locked door washroom door(Which was probably their own doing cause we didn’t have the key), trash in the dustbins(Which they will expect you to clean before you go apparently ?) and some similar small things.
They were keen on not giving us back the insurance fee (which they didn’t after a-lot of back and forth)
If you wanna book this place keep that in mind and happy staying ?
The owner claims that we left the place like garbage and inconsistent with the human and islamic morals. Below is the picture of the time we were leaving.
