★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه سيئه ومافيه احد مسؤول تتكلمين معه حجزنا كان على اساس شاليه كبيره قسمين وعوايل كثير ودافعين عربون وكنا واضحين معهم حشرونا في مكان ضيق جدا جدا واعطو حجزنا لناس ثانين كذا سوء تنظيم
Bad service and there is no one in charge to talk to. Our reservation was on the basis of a large chalet, two sections, many families, and they paid a deposit, and we were clear with them that they stuck us in a very, very narrow place, and they gave our reservation to other people, such poor organization

لكن دخلت الغبار بكل مكان ودورات المياه وصخه وتعامل العمال سيء مع اني قلت لهم ينظفون اكثر من مره وكمان المسبح مافيه تدفئه ليه كان باارد مره
The chalet is beautifully furnished
But dust entered everywhere and the bathrooms were dirty, and the workers were treated badly, although I told them to clean more than once, and also the swimming pool had no heating, why was it so cold

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جدًا جميل بشكل ما تتخيلونه لكن صغيييير وفي الصور جاي كبير. برضو لمن حجزنا قروشونا واعطونا شاليه غير اللي اخترنا حدود ثلاث ساعات وهم ساحبين علينا ورافضين يعطوننا شاليهنا مع العلم معازيمي كانو كثير.
The place is very beautiful as you can imagine, but it is small and in the pictures it is very large. Also, for those who booked our loans and gave us a chalet other than the one we chose, it was up to three hours, and they would love us and refuse to give us our chalet, knowing that my guests were many.
