★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان يعتبر أفضل الموجود بأبها ولكن إدارة سيئة و الأهمال بإدارة المكان ممكن تخلي الزبون يفكر مرتين قبل يوصي شخص او يكرر التجربة.
للأسف ان الموظفين يستغلون السكن المستأجر لأستخدامهم الشخصي (مكان راحة)، وعند إبلاغ الإدارة كان ردهم انه شيء بسيط مع ان المكان المفترض يكون له خصوصيته، غير ان الصيانه للمكان سيء حيث ان الباب تعطل واصلاحة اخذ ساعه كاملة ؟!!!
اتمنى تفكرون مرتين قبل تستأجرون ?? راحتكم النفسيه أولى
وتم رفع بلاغ لوزارة السياحة لسوء تعاملهم و كذبهم
 The place is considered the best in Abha, but bad management and negligence in managing the place can make the customer think twice before recommending someone or repeating the experience.
Unfortunately, the employees take advantage of the rented housing for their personal use (a place of rest), and when informing the management, their response was that it is a simple thing, although the place is supposed to have its privacy, but the maintenance of the place is bad as the door broke down and the repair took a full hour?!!!
I hope you think twice before you rent ?? Your psychological comfort is first

أمانة المكان نظيف النظافه الفعليه مو تنظيف مشي حالك

الأرضي جلسة ومسبح ومطبخ ودورة مياه
الدور الأول ثلاث غرف نوم وحدة منها ماستر بدورة مياه والغرفتين الثانية تخدمها دورة مياه وحدة
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والجودة العالية والنظافة والتعامل والخصوصية جميعها تترك انطباع جيد لدى العميل
الأسعار مقارنة بالسوق تعتبر مقبولة مع أنها مرتفعة بشكل عام
تجربة رائعة وستتكرر بإذن الله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اروع الشاليهات و انظفها و الديكور رائع ومرتب ..وقدامه كوفي نواه وجلسات خارجيه ..قضينا يوم ممتع فيه و خدمتهم ممتازه بس ي ليت تشيكون ع خزانات المويه قبل تسليمها للعميل لان انقطعت المويه علينا من ٣ الفجر لين٩ الصبح بسبب الشبكه ع الحي كامل زي م قلتوا لنا..وشكراً جزيلاً لكم
One of the most beautiful and clean chalets, the decor is wonderful and tidy..In front of it is a coffee nucleus and outdoor seating.. We spent a fun day in it and their service is excellent, but I wish you would check on the water tanks before handing them over to the customer, because the water was cut off for us from 3 in the morning until 9 in the morning because of the network in the whole neighborhood like What you told us.. and thank you very much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Green House Chalet was outstanding. The villas have seen better days but the service was superb. The administration was accommodating to our requests.
It's not a five star hotel chain so expectations need to be comparable to local standards.
I'd stay here again if I visit Abha in future.
