★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشاليه جيد ولاكن عيبه المصري الي هناك اتمنى من راعي الشاليه يشوف دخلنا الشاليه خمس العصر قبل ٣ الفجر يكسر الباب ماعطانا فرصة نجمع اغراضنا واخد التأمين الي عطيناه اول مرة اشوف اسلوب زاي كيدا لا انصحكم فيه
The chalet is good, but the fault is that the Egyptian who is there. I hope the chalet’s sponsor will see. We entered the chalet at five in the afternoon before 3 in the morning. He broke the door. He gave us a chance to collect our things and take the insurance we gave him.

ثانيا/ المسبح كان وسخ جدا وكلمنا العامل ،قال منظفه !!! ومكتوم جوا غرفه .وكانو عيالي مستعدين بيسبحون لكن وساخته للاسف منعتهم ،،،،
ثالثا/ عند الباب الخارجي وساخه اول مره اشوف شاليه كذا ؟؟؟
First, I gave a star for cleaning bathrooms only, and men's supplement only..
Secondly/ the pool was very dirty and we called the worker, he said he cleaned it!!! And the air was muffled in a room. And my family was ready to swim, but unfortunately its dirt prevented them,,,,
Thirdly, at the outside door, it is dirty. The first time I see a chalet like this???

- شاليه متوسط وغير نظيف .
- إدارة غير مسئولة علي موظفيها لانها علي علم باداء موظفيها السيء ومازلوا متمسكين بها .
- الحارس لايودي عمله وغير محترم وغير متعاون ويتعامل مع العملاء بعدم احترام ويطالبهم بعمل وظيفته بدل منه .
- أكثر من ٥٠% من التقييمات السلبية بسبب عامل النظافة.
- لا انصح به بسبب عامل النظافة او الحارس والأدارة التي تتجاوز علي أخطاء موظفينها .
- منتظرين رد الأدارة علي التقييم وسوف نوفيكم بالتحديث.

The guard does not do his job, is disrespectful and uncooperative, treats clients with disrespect and demands that they do his job instead.
More than 50% of negative reviews are due to the hygiene factor.
- I do not recommend it because of the cleaner or the guard and the administration that exceeds the mistakes of its employees.
