N	Norah Najai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا : تم معاينة شاليه وحجزه مسبقاً وعند حضورنا تم اعطانا شاليه اخر وجودته اقل بحجة لخبطت الحجوزات وعند محاولة التوصل لحل كان التعامل سيئ جدًا واخبرنا بتسديد المبلغ او الخروج من الشاليه والبحث ع شاليه اخر رغم علمه بندرة الحجوزات ف اليوم الوطني ثانيًا ؛ لا يتم تغيير موية المسبح بعد كل مستأجر وعند الجدال قال اذا بتغير موية المسبح لازم دفع ١٨٠ ولا يوجد تدفئه ف المسبح رغم اخباره لنا مسبقًا بوجود نظام تدفئه ثالثًا ؛ اناره النافوره متعطله ومياه النافوره غير نظيف وتنبعث منها رائحه كريهه First: A chalet was inspected and booked in advance and upon our attendance we were given another chalet of lesser quality under the pretext of messing up the reservations, and when trying to reach a solution, the dealings were very bad and he told us to pay the amount or leave the chalet and search for another chalet despite knowing the scarcity of reservations on the National Day Secondly ; The level of the swimming pool is not changed after each tenant, and when arguing, he said if the level of the pool changes, it is necessary to pay 180 and there is no heating in the pool despite telling us in advance that there is a heating system Third ; The lighting of the fountain is off and the water of the fountain is unclean and emits an unpleasant smell

The swimming pool is fabulous and the roof is marked with stars and something sweet. Strongly recommend it
ا	امجاد حسن on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة يوجد حشرات في ادراج المطبخ والفريزر فيها بقايا دم رائحة مجاري سيئة والمسبح لا يوجد به تدفئة بارد جداًجداً غير قابل للسباحة To be honest, there are insects in the kitchen drawers and the freezer has blood residues Bad sewage smell and the pool has no heating, very cold, not swimmable
