انا كلمة صاحب الشاليه يوم السبت ١٩ مارس ورحت شفت الشاليه ٢٠ مارس وحولت لهم العربون ٢١ مارس والمشكلة جمعت قطة الشاليه من الناس واتفقت معهم على كل شي واتفاجأ ان الشاليه يكلموني ٢٢مارس يقولون خلاص الشاليه اللي تبينه انحجز لشخص ثاني وهاتي حسابك نحولك العربون
قلت لهم مو مشكلتي انتو السبب لاتحرجوني مع الناس
يعني دبروني بشاليه ثاني والا حلو المشكلة انتم سببها وماتجاوبو معي كعميل اول مرة يستتاجر. عندهم و تعاملو مع الموضوع بشكل غلط جدا اعطوني انطباع جدا سيء ولا يمكن استاجر عندهم مرة ثانيه

I spoke to the owner of the chalet on Saturday, March 19, and I went to see the chalet, March 20, and transferred to them the deposit, March 21. The problem was that I collected the chalet cat from the people and agreed with them on everything. I was surprised that the chalet called me March 22. They said the chalet is finished.
I told them, it is not my problem, you are the reason for not embarrassing me with people
I mean, they arranged me in a second chalet. Otherwise, the problem is solved. You are the cause of it, and you do not respond to me as a customer for the first time renting. They have and dealt with the matter very wrongly. They gave me a very bad impression and I cannot rent from them again
