★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل بس للاسف مهملينه جينا ولقينا الشاليه ماكنه تنظف اصلا عقب النزلا الي قبلنا وشكرا للاخ معتصم لانه عوضنا ولا للاسف اداره الشاليه ابدا مو متعاونين لو ماضغطنا عليهم كان ماعوضونا
Nice, but unfortunately we neglected Gina, and we found the chalet. It was not even cleaned after the hostel before us. Thank you to Brother Mutasem, because he compensated us. Unfortunately, the chalet management was never cooperative. If we did not pressure them, they would have compensated us.

التلفاز لايعمل .
إنقطاع متكرر للمياه.
إزعاج متكرر من الشاليهات المجاورة بدون قوانين وإجراءات رادعة.
I would not recommend renting from them because
poor service:
There is no net!!!
The TV is not working.
Frequent water cuts.
Frequent inconvenience from neighboring chalets without deterrent laws and procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي كانت سيئة معاهم لما حجزت ماقالي فيه عربون ولا قال ان الخروج السلعه ٢ وكلنت ريحه المكان سيئة ريحه بيارات اضطريت اني ابخر اكثر من مره عشان الريحه والمكيف ما يبرد كويس ولما جت الساعه ٢ قطع المويه في المغاسل والحمامات تفشلت مع ضيوفي ولما جيت اطلع قالي العربون مو بس عشان عربون عشان لو جلستو زياده احاسبه عليكم صراحة سيء مع ان المكان كلن مرتب ونظيف لكنها تجربه ما اعيديها اذا هذا تعاملهم غير واضح ويفشل
