 The place is beautiful and quiet, close to Al-Bukhari Road, the owner of the chalet is good, the chalet is clean, the pool is good and not deep

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ميزة الشالية إنه آمن، لأنه وسط الديرة، وفيه مل الخدمات من بقالات ومحلات قهوة وعشاء بشارع البخاري، الشالية يعتبر متوسط من ناحية التصميم، ونظافته لا بأس به.
The advantage of the chalet is that it is safe, because it is in the center of Deira, and it contains full of services such as groceries, coffee and dinner shops on Al-Bukhari Street. The chalet is considered average in terms of design, and its cleanliness is good.

المطبخ متكامل ?? من فرن فريزر ثلاجه وشوية مواعين فيه صالة طعام ايضاً
الحمامات اعزكم الله نظيفه الله يبارك له
لكن الجلسات الداخليه صغيره ماينفع للعوايل الكبيره ??
Beautiful and tidy chalet, the most beautiful location and price ?
The kitchen is complete ?? from an oven, a freezer, a refrigerator, and a few bowls. It also has a dining hall
The bathrooms, may God honor you, are clean, may God bless him
But the internal sessions are small, which is not useful for large families ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جميل والموقع ممتاز لكن العيوب كثيرة.. ناخذها حبة حبة
١- الاثاث قديم ويحتاج تجديد.
٢- العامل سيء في تعاملة ( عادي تقوم الصبح مقفل العداد عليك وانت نايم قبل اي سابق انذار ).
٣- عدم الاهتمام بالنظافة نهائيا لدرجة عدم وجود صوابين او مطهرات .. الارضية والطاولات مافيه اي اهتمام بنظافتهم.
٤- الجراذي وماادراك مالجراذي .. عادي تشوفها رايحه جايه بينكم.. ولو تلاحظ الملاحظة هذي صار لها فترة ما تمت معالجتها.
اخيرا مثل ما قلت الموقع جدا ممتاز والخدمات قريبة منك لكن المستاجر في الاول والاخير اكبر اهتماماته هو المكان لانه راح يقضي غالب وقته فيه.

The place is beautiful and the location is excellent, but the flaws are many.. we take it one by one
1- Furniture is old and needs renovation.
2- The worker is bad in his dealings (normally you wake up, the counter is closed to you while you are sleeping before any prior warning).
3- Not paying attention to cleanliness at all, to the extent that there are no soaps or disinfectants.
4- The rat, and you don't know what's going on.. it's normal to see it coming among you.. and if you notice this note, it has not been treated for a while.
Finally, as I said, the location is very excellent and the services are close to you, but the tenant is in the first and last and his biggest interests are the place because he will spend most of his time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عدم وجود أي لوحة مكتوب عليها اسم الاستراحة ولا يوجد فيها مدخل للكراسي المتحركة الا مع مدخل السياره والسعر مبالغ فيه
There is no sign with the name of the lounge written on it, and there is no entrance for wheelchairs except with the entrance to the car, and the price is exaggerated
