تقفل باب الشاليه على اغراضنا ولاقدرنا ناخذها ولا احد رد علينا
يعني لازم اضرب مشوار بكره علشان اخذ الاغراض

 Very bad service, we call them from 12 pm, no one answers and the office next to the chalet is closed and no one is there.
The chalet door is locked on our things, and we were unable to take them, and no one answered us
I mean, I have to take a ride tomorrow to get the things
Allah is my suffice, and the best deputy

Heidi's cottage chalet is beautiful, wonderful, calm, the cleanliness is excellent, the bathrooms are clean and complemented by shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and the consultation is a hotel service, frankly, and the kitchen is clean and tidy, an experience that made me happy, and God willing, I will repeat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشاليه ممتاز كديكور ونظافة اثاث وترتيب فيه عيب الي هو مسبح الاطفال ماسوا سور حوله المويه تطرطش على الممر مما تأذى كثير من الصغار ووحده من النساء الكبار بسبب الانزلاقات لازم يكون فيه فاصل يمنع الماء من الخروج خارج اسوار المسبح ابواب الحمامات تحتاج صيانه بسبب تآكلها
