We paid 1,300 riyals for exploitation, and its furniture is old, and shortened water toys are more beautiful and cheaper.

Very beautiful, full of comfort and beauty of its swimming pools, green spaces, swings, and a children's pool, its reasonable price and the provision of cleaning tools ❤.
A	Ahmed ASG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع حلو ، هدوء ، لكن السعر جدا مبالغ فيه مقارنة بحجمها و النواقص الكثيرة ، ٨٥٠ ريال لقسم ( أ ) فقط ، توجد إستراحات أضعاف حجم هذه الاستراحة بنفس السعر و متوفر فيها كل شيء ب ٨٠٠ ريال ، اقرب بقالة محطة ( بشّوك ) ، مع أنه توجد لوحات لمحلات اقرب و لكن كلها مقفله ، المطبخ حالته لابأس لكن يحتاج أدوات طبخ و مايكرويف و صيانة ضرورية ، لا توجد ستائر على الشبابيك ابدا ، مسبح الأطفال ينقصه فلتر لأنه مكشوف و فيه حشرات ، المسبح الكبير ينقصه سخّان لانه حتى في الصيف كان بارد جدا و كذلك يحتاج تصريف الماء الفائض. لا انصح فيه إلا في حالة وضع سعر مناسب على وضعه الحالي ، أو تتحسّن إلى درجة استحقاق مبلغ ٨٥٠ ريال لقسم ( أ ) اتمنى وجود مظلات للسيارات. Location is sweet, quiet, but the price is very overpriced compared to its size and the many deficiencies, 850 riyals for section (a) only, there are rest times the size of this rest at the same price and everything is available at 800 riyals, There are no curtains on the window at all, the children's swimming pool lacks a filter because it is open and insects, the large swimming pool lacks heater because even in summer it was very cold The discharge of excess water is also needed. I do not recommend it except in the case of placing a suitable price on its current status, or improving to the extent of the amount of 850 riyals for Section (a) I wish there were car umbrellas.
