مجلس واسع، ملحق جلسة عربية، جلسة خارجية، غرفة نوم، دورتين مياه، ملاهي أطفال، مسبح بنوافير وحاجز للأطفال، أثاث وتشطيب جودة عالية، مكيفات سبلت.

المسطحات الخضراء صناعية ولا تشجير والصيانة سيئة ومهمله للغاية
مراجيح الاطفال مليئة بالاتربه ، جزء من بلاط المسبح تالف جزء من حاجز المسبح الزجاجي تالف ومستبدل بلوح خشب وقفل المسبح مكسور ! الاضاءة ضعيفه وجزء منها معطل ، لا يوجد حاويه نفايات بداخل الغرف ولا مغاسل يد خارجية يشفع له فقط الرذاذ لتلطيف الطقس ، بالنسبة للشكل الخارجي يعطي ايحاء بالفخامة وللاسف انها مزيفه ما افهم التأمين على ايش !؟ المفروض يندفع للمستأجر تأمين بسبب هالكوارث البصرية .

Children's swings are full of dirt, part of the pool tiles is damaged Part of the glass pool barrier is damaged and replaced with a wood panel and the pool lock is broken! The lighting is weak and part of it is out of order. There is no waste container inside the rooms and no outside hand sinks that only sprinkles can help to soften the weather. Regarding the exterior, it gives an impression of luxury, and unfortunately it is fake. I don’t understand what insurance !? The lessee is forced to get insurance due to visual disasters.

المسبح المفروض عليه سياج.
وايضاً المطبخ قريب من غرفة الجلوس.
هذي اقتراحات فقط..
الله يوفقكم ويرزقكم من واسع فضله.

The pool has a fence.
Also, the kitchen is close to the living room.

المشكله انه في الخرج وفيه منافسه شديده وشاليهات ارخص منه بكثير في العفجه والهياثم والرحمانيه باسعار منافسه
الشاليه مشكلته قديم لايوجد مسطحات خضراء فقط ثيل صناعي متهالك ورذاذ لا يعمل متعطل اغلبه ومسبح صغير والمشكله ان الصيانه الي يحتاجها بسيطه جدا وغير مكلفه مادري ليش مو مهتم المالك
ارجوا من المالك الاهتمام ومعالجه مواطن الخلل والله يرزقنا واياه من واسع فضله

The problem is that the chalet is old, there are no green spaces, only dilapidated artificial trees and spray do not work, mostly broken, and a small swimming pool, and the problem is that the maintenance that is needed is very simple and inexpensive, I do not know why the owner is not interested
I ask the owner to pay attention and treat the defects, and may God grant us and him from his wide bounty
