By God, we did not sit down, and his furniture was dirty, old and dusty. Even the bathrooms were very bad and dirty, and there was no shower.

The toilets, while you are in dignity, are new and disgusting, and there is no ventilation. The water is weak and badly smelled. The furniture is old and the toys are broken.. Unfortunately, we booked through Instagram, they sent us old videos!! + Bad goalkeeper style
Z	Z.A.K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان مرة سيء لو اقدر اقيمه بدون ما احط نجمة والصور عكس الواقع وتعامل الحارس سيء وعيونه طويلة وطلباته كثيرة والالعاب خطرة ان احد يلعب فيها ممكن تنفك على احد لا سمح الله والنوافير ما تشتغل كلها والمسبح وسخ جدا جدا والحمام الله يكرمكم حتى حق المحطات افضل منه وعلى السعر ما تستاهل ولما تستأجرون سماعه انتم الخسرانين لانها مرة تشتغل ومرات لا ندمت صدق اني استأجرت عندهم وتعليقي اكثر شي على تعامل الحارس ومحاولة النصب على المستأجر لحد يقولي تقطع رزقه او شي لانه هو اللي جاب الكلام على نفسه باسلوبه والمرجيحة قابلة للكسر حتى لو كان الطفل خفيف لان الحبل مربوط ربط مشي الحال الباب حق المسبح مكسور مشكلتي نسيت اصور العيوب لكن اول مرة وآخر مرة أستأجر عندهم The place is a bad time. ص	صفاء الهمامي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كريه كريه كريييييه الحارس تعامله سيء ..قبل مايستلم قيمة الشاليه كان اوكيه لكن بعد استلامه الايجار صار ينافخ وبسبب خروج ضيوفنا متأخر شوي اضطرينا نرتب الشاليه قبل خروجنا وهذا ادب مننا نلم مخلفاتنا ولكن الحارس فصل الكهرباء ماصرنا نشوف شي وفوق هذا خصم من قيمة التأمين يقول قيمة التأخير ؟؟ وغير كذا الساعه عشره بالليل سكر علينا مولدات المسابح ماصارت تضخ مويا ويقول خلص وقت عملها ولكن نسمع باقي المسابح بالشاليهات الثانيه شغاله ..لييييه العناد ليه احنا جايين ننبسط وما اتعبناك بالدفع ليه تفشلنا كذا مع الضيوف..الشاليه للأمانه مقبول شكلاً متواضع ونظافته متواضعه المسبح الكبير وسخ ماهو نظيف مسبح الالعاب المائيه انظف منه ..اخذنا شاليه ١/٢ وكلهم نفس مستوى النظافه .. الاسعار عطانا وقت الحجز سعر ويوم جينا نأكد الحجز رفع سعر الشاليه ٥٠ ريال يقول عشان مابقي الا هذا الشاليه تبغى ولا شوف غير وكنا مضطرين ناخذه ياليييييت اهل الشاليه يشوفوا حل مع حارسهم بيطير الزباين Disgusting, distasteful, grievous, the guard behaved badly..before he received the value of the chalet, it was ok, but after receiving the rent, it became bloated, and because our guests came out a little late, we had to arrange the chalet before we went out. Dirty what is clean The water pool is cleaner than it.. we took a 1/2 chalet and all of them are of the same level of cleanliness.. the prices gave us at the time of booking a price and the day we confirmed the reservation, the price of the chalet was raised by 50 riyals. I hope the people of the chalet find a solution with their guard flying the customers
