★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جدا إن لم يكن الأسواء .. الفرش متهالك وقديم ، الثيل الصناعي فيه بقع محترقة ، الأثاث قديم ومتهالك ، المطبخ دواليبه متكسرة ، لا يوجد به اواني في المطبخ ، المسبح بلاستيكي صغير جدا لا يزيد عمقه عن 90سم ، المدخل واحد ، لا يوجد ستارة على صالة النساء تحجب عن الحوش ، غرفة النوم غير نظيفة إطلاقا ، مرتبة السرير متهالكة واعتقد انها تسبب الأمراض .
الدهان قديم ، الجدران متسخة .
لا يستحق حقيقة ربع قيمته المطروحة .
