★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء تعاملهم وما عندهم تنظيم في المواعيد وملخبطه جداولهم فانصح عدم التعامل معهم خصوصاً اذا بتحجز في وقت بعيد
 They are badly dealt with, they do not have an organization in the appointments and they mess up their schedules. I advise not to deal with them, especially if you book for a long time.

Dealing is like a stick, I swear to God, there is no treatment or manners, especially the one who is holding the chalet number, talking in a stupid and rude manner without right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف أسوأ مكان قد أخذت فيه في حياتي المكان جميل وماعليه خلاف ولكن زي مايقول المثل من برى الله الله ومن جوا يعلم الله اول شي المكيف حق الغرفه الماستر يهرب مويه عدم الفراش وعدم الدنيا واكثر الاغراض الي في الشاليه خربانه زي التلفزيونات كلها خربانه ايادي بعض الطيق مخلعه وللأسف مادخلنا الشاليه الين دفعنا الفلوس كامله وغير كذا ٢٠٠٠ ريال تأمين على ايش ما ادري والمسبح مافيه سخانات والمطبخ خلا خالي والرب عالي مافيه حتى ملعقه يعني ماني عارف بصراحة ايش ازيد وايش اقول ومايستاهل على ماشفت نجمه وحدة والسلام عليكم ..
Unfortunately, the worst place I have been to in my life. The place is beautiful and there is no disagreement, but as the saying goes, who is out of God, God and from the air, God knows. The first thing is the air-conditioner, the right of the room, the master escapes, the lack of bed and the lack of the world. Unfortunately, we did not enter the chalet, where we paid the full money and other than that, 2000 riyals, insurance on what I don’t know, and the swimming pool has no heaters, the kitchen is empty, and the Lord is not even a spoon, I mean, I do not know frankly what more and what I say and what I deserve, because I saw one star alone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حلوه و كبيره و نظيفه جداً لكن ما ارجع لها ابداً لسوء الموقع و الطريق إليه و برضوه عندهم نقطة استغربت منها عندهم دفايات بالحوش و بدون غاز ولما طلبناهم قالوا ادفعوا زياده ? يعني الدفايات من ضمن الشاليه زيها زي المكيف او المسبح او الفرن او الثلاجه و التلفزيون ?
Nice, big, and very clean, but I never returned to it because of the poor location and the way to it, and with their consent, they have a point that I was amazed at. They have heaters in the yard and without gas. When we asked them, they said they would pay more ?
