1/ تعامل صاحب الشاليه (أبو حمد) رائع وأخلاقه عالية واستقباله جميل.
2 / الحديقة والمسبح والجلسات الخارجية رائعة بل أكثر من رائعة.
3 / المطبخ متكامل.
4 / الصالة الداخلية كبيرة ونظيفة ، وكذلك الغرفة الصغيرة في الدور الأرضي نظيفة.
5 / الإضاءة جميلة وكافية.
6 / توجد غرفة نوم في الطابق الثاني وفيها استقلالية تامة وخصوصية.
7 / يوجد غرفة بدورة مياه بجوار باب الشاليه ويوجد فيها شاشة تلفاز.
السلبيات:
1/ يجب عمل صيانة عاجلة لسباكة دورات المياه(يوجد في الشاليه أربع دورات مياه، ولا تعمل المياه إلا في دورة مياه واحدة فقط، ولا يوجد سخانة في حمام غرفة النوم والدش فيه لا يعمل)
2/ غرفة النوم تحتاج إلى تغيير كامل (السرير والمرتبة والتسريحة).
3/ سرير النوم صغير (نفر ونصف فقط).
4/ التلفاز لا يعمل ويحتاج إلى فني لإعادة تثبيت الطبق والبرمجة.
5/ عدم وجود ستائر في الغرفة الصغيرة بجوار المغاسل.
6 / لا بوجد في الشاليه أي معلاق لتعليق الثياب أو العبايات عليه..
[ لي زيارات أخرى بإذن الله لهذا الشاليه، وأرجو أن يتم تلافي السلبيات المذكورة]..
Positives:
1/ The behavior of the owner of the chalet (Abu Hamad) is wonderful, his morals are high, and his reception is beautiful.
2 / The garden, the swimming pool and the outdoor seating are wonderful, even more than wonderful.
3/ The kitchen is complete.
4/ The inner hall is large and clean, as well as the small room on the ground floor is clean.
5/ The lighting is nice and adequate.
6 / There is a bedroom on the second floor with complete independence and privacy.
7 / There is a room with a bathroom next to the chalet door, and it has a TV screen.
Negatives:
1/ Urgent maintenance of the bathroom plumbing must be done (the chalet has four toilets, and the water only works in one bathroom, and there is no heater in the bedroom bathroom and the shower in it does not work)
2/ The bedroom needs a complete change (bed, mattress, and dresser).
3/ The sleeping bed is small (one and a half people only).
4/ The TV does not work and needs a technician to re-install the dish and programming.
5 / There are no curtains in the small room next to the washbasins.
6 / There are no hooks in the chalet to hang clothes or gowns on it..
[I will have other visits, God willing, to this chalet, and I hope that the mentioned negatives will be avoided.]
