وعيبه قلة النظافة لدرجة (الوساخة) خصوصا المطبخ وبعض الأثاث يحتاج للتغير.
وجود الحشرات في النهار الذباب وفي الليل البعوض

يصلح لعائلة متوسطة وصغيرة
