يتميز بارتفاعة عن سطح البحر مما يجعل الأجواء فيه باردة ولطيفة،
المبنى جميل والأثاث رائع والإنارة موزعة بأماكن رائعة وغير مزعجة،
المسطح الأخضر( الثيل) يتميز بعدم وجود الأشجار التي تسبب الرطوبة والحر.
