Beautiful, useful for small parties or family, there are two sections for men and women and a swimming pool walled with glass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نجمتين للاستراحه مكيفاتها بارده جميله .. الحمام ينبعث من رائحه .. دواليب المطبخ وسخه .. مو متوفر مواعين او مناديل او صوابين .. طبعا هي قسمين حوش مزروع في كل القسمين و مجلس كبير في كل القسمين وبينهم صاله طعام + مسبح + ومطبخ
استاجرناها الجمعه ورفض ياجر لنا قسم .. قلنا مو مشكله وطلبنا يقفل المسبح وصار وقفله .. طلب عربون وعطيناه ٣٠٠ واخذنا العقد ويوم جينا ندخل طلب المبلغ كامل ١٠٠٠ ريال و ٣٠٠ المدفوعه سابقا هذي للتامين .. وف المقابل اخد العقد ولا رجعه لنا ..
يوم جت الساعه ١:٥٤ ص ازعجنا اتصالات اطلعوا .. طبعا كنا نساء بالاطفال ولا جت السيارات..
الحارس اسلوبه غير محترم .. رفض يرجع التامين يقول عشان ما طلعتو يوم جت الساعه٢ وبعد كلام مطول هددنا بالشرطه.. وطلبنا يجيبهم لان هذا غير موجود ف العقد.. وجلسنا بجدال لان مو من حقه اخر شي قال بشوف الاستراحه ويجلس يلف فيها يدور اي شي مكسور .. ولا لقى شي الا لي الماء كان طايح من دخلنا .. واخر شي رجع ال٢٠٠ واخذ ١٠٠ وقال بدعي عليكم عشان خليتوني اسهر .. اتمنى من صاحب الاستراحه النظر في امر هذا الحارس ..
Two stars for rest, the air-conditioners are nice and cold.. The bathroom smells.. The kitchen cupboards are dirty.. Not available bowls, napkins or soaps.. Of course, they are two sections, monsters planted in both sections and a large Majlis in both sections, including a dining hall + swimming pool + kitchen
We rented it on Friday and he refused to rent us a department.. We said there was no problem and asked to close the pool and it became locked.. He asked for a deposit and we gave him 300 and we took the contract and the day we entered the request for the full amount of 1000 riyals and the 300 previously paid for this insurance.. In return, we took the contract and did not return it to us..
On the day that came at 1:54 am, we were bothered by Etisalat. Look.. Of course, we were women with children, and the cars did not come.
The guard's behavior is disrespectful.. He refused to return the insurance. He says because you didn't go out on the day it came at 2:00. After a long talk, he threatened us with the police.. We asked them to answer because this is not in the contract.. Broken..and nothing was found except for me the water. It was a mess from our entry.. and the last thing came back the 200 and took 100 and said I pray for you because you made me stay up..I hope the owner of the break will look into the matter of this guard..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على صاحب الشاليه اللي غاش الناس وحاط لهم صور غير تماما عن الواقع الشاليه يسد النفس وقذر ومللياااان بالنمل والحشرات بشكل مقزز والله ماقدنا ناكل فيه لقمه الله لايسامح صاحبه على كل ريال خذاه
God suffices me, and He is the best agent for the owner of the chalet, who deceived people and surrounded them with pictures that are not completely from the reality. The chalet is self-closing, dirty, and full of ants and insects in a disgusting way. God does not allow us to eat a bite of it. God does not forgive his owner for every riyal he took

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ينقصه النظافه والصراصير كبيره في كل مكان وتطير والمفروض يرشونه مبيدات علشان جميع الحشرات والمطبخ قديم وكئيب والبنايه قديمه ومافيه ستاير على شبابيك المقلط المطله على المسبح و السعر غالي على ذا العيوب واتمنى يظبطونه ومايرفعون سعره وإلا الموقع ممتاز والتصميم يبغى تعديلات وشكراً
It lacks cleanliness, cockroaches are big everywhere and they fly and they are supposed to spray it with pesticides because all insects, the kitchen is old and gloomy, the building is old and there is no curtains on the cobbled windows overlooking the pool, and the price is too high for these faults.
