Shallal is very Good Club For fitness very good teacher and very good management there is money machine for fitness

For gym is good. But the swimming pool is a bit small maybe around 15m and the mix deep is only 3m

Well equipped with machines and weights. The range of workout station available here targeting different muscle group is appreciable. Spacious, good ventilation ( no air con.), very clean and well maintained. I was thrilled by the large number of cardio equipments (treadmills,range of cycles, arm crank etc.)in a separate huge hall. I am unsure how it looks like on a busy timing which i guess is in the evenings. Given the space and equipment I reckon it should be fine. I try and finish my session when it is less crowded. Machines are in good condition. However i did not see any gym ball to workout with. Might need to ask the staff. A dedicated section for aerobic sessions are held on a regular basis every evening. Lockers available upon request. The front desk guys are cool and helpful. Checked out the swimming pool, decent sized but strong smell of chlorine. Very happy to see kids of different age in there karate dress. Yes, a special class with coach is available in evenings. I see many friendly ppl working out and helping eachother. Trainers are around, however I have not established contact with them due to language barrier. Price is not bad, no great offers. However the offers available is good enough when you opt for a quarterly or half yearly and so forth. Why wait? Hit it n right away

It's a good place for bodybuilding friendly people

Very nostalgic. A simple affordable gym for those who can't spend alot of money on gym memberships. It has most of the necessary equipment although the free weights are very old, rusty, rattlely and dirty with inaccurate labels with only one pair of each. I guess you get what you pay for. .
