★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مافي عندهم مصداقيه في المواعيد انا مسجل عندهم ولحد الان سراي ما جلني ورحت قالو باقي قدام٣٩ ورحمره ثاني قالو باقي قدامك ٢٩ وعلى رغم انهم بيقولو كل مهندس كل يوم بخلص ٧ اشخاص واحنا عندنا ٤ مهندسين طيب اذا ٤ مهندسين كل مهندس بيخلص ٧ معاملات فمعنات انه بيخلصو في اليوم ٤٨ معامله في اليوم فكيف سراي ماوصل ياخي ياخذو اسماء ويسجلوها عندهم وياخروك على اساس ان الكود السعودي يطبق عشان يبون يزودو في الاسعار يااخوان مافي مصداقيه افضل ان الواحد يهدي ويريح ويجلس مستاجر ويخليهم يجلسو ينشو ذبان اهل المكاتب حتى الاسعار تنزل لان المكتب لو ما حصل شغل بيجلس يدفع رواتب المهندسي والعمال من جيبه انا افضل ان الواحد يجلس مستاجر واذ ما اعجب هذا البيت دور بيت غيره افضل وكل مره وانت بحي تغيير والمكاتب خلوهم اعزمو واتفقو وخلونا نوريهم زيادة الاسعار زي ماهم عازمين ورافعين الاسعار فلاتخلوهم يتغلبو عليكم ارضك ما تاكل ولا تشرب ولا هي خساره خليها ويمكن سعرها بيزيد وبيجبلك قيمت بيت جاهز والا مشروع مربح اعزمو يا اخواني وخلونا نخليهم يدفعو المرتبات من جيوبهم
