M	Mohmed Aljohani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المركز مجهز تجهيز كامل لاستقبال حالات العلاج الطبيعي للجنسين و يوجد قسم لعلاج الطبيعي للأطفال ! استوقفني كم تعليق متناقض مستحيل مركز يهتم بالتقييم ويكون سيئ او غير مهتم بالعملاء حدث العاقل بما يعقل وتعليق عميل يجي قبل المركز مايفتح وانو التكييف حار غريب جدا يعني كنتم تراجعوا في جده السفر لوحده ٣ ساعات لوطيران ساعه وزحمة جده بتاخذ ساعه يعني لو الشخص دقيق وعنده الوقت يفرق ما اعتقد انو راح يدقق على ٥ او ١٠ دقايق مقابل ٣ ساعات وتعب السفر بالعكس راح يكون تعليقه مختلف عن ماكتب . اتمناء لكم التوفيق والمركز بطل والكوادر ممتازه اتمناء التعليقات الوهميه ماتشغلكم عن ما انتم عليه من تميز في تجهيز المكان والكوادر التي لديكم والمعاملة المتميزه التي تتعاملون بها مع العملاء The center is fully equipped to receive physiotherapy cases for both sexes And there is a section for physiotherapy for children ! a	aljuhanim juhani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (من لا يشكر الناس.. لا يشكر الله) اولا الحمد والشكر لله على كل حال تعرض عمي لاصابه بالظهر انزلاق غضروفي وكتب له الدكتور علاج طبيعي وكان مركز صحة بدن الحل الامثل لتقديم الخدمه ومن تجربه استمرت حوالي ٢٠ جلسه لوحظنا تطور ممتاز ماشاءالله وبصراحه كان المركز نظيف جدا ويفتح النفس والتعامل جدا راقي من الجميع واخص بالذكر الدكتوره هبه بصراحه كانت هي المسئوله عن الحاله وكانت تضع جهدها ووقت الجلسه تستفيد منه كاملا بالتمارين وغير كذا واهم شي كان انها تهيىء المريض نفسيا للعلاج وكانت النتيجه مبهره والحمدلله بدا يمشي عمي وهذا بفضل الله ثم فضل المركز والعاملين فيه. لا استطيع ان اقول اكثر من جعل الله هذا في موازين حسناتهم وحقق لهم امنياتهم مع بدايه هذه السنه ،،،، انصح الجميع بالتجربه ليتحققون من ذلك بانفسهم (He who does not thank people..does not thank God) Firstly, praise and thanks be to God. ب	ببوؤدء on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 1- اول جلستين الساعة 9 مساء جيدة جدا بسبب انه المركز شغال من الساعة 2 تجي كل شي جاهز ومتوفر 2- الجلسة الثالثة اسواء جلسة كانت بسبب ان موعدي يبدا الساعة 2 مع بداية الدوام جيت الساعة 2 مساء الباب فاتح ولا يوجد اي احد لا الاستقبال الموظفين داخلين بعدي والجلسة تبدا الساعة 2 حتى المكيفات طافية يعني جلستي بدأت تقريبا 2:10 دقايق راح من حقي 10 دقايق تقريبا والكمادات الساخنة غير جاهزه.. لايوجد استعداد مبكر 3- اهم سلبية /عدم التذكير بالموعد برسالة نصية او رسالة واتساب 4- اتمنى اذا الدوام يبدا مثلا الساعة 2 يتم التجهيز المكان والاجهزه والادوات للمرضى قبلها بنص ساعة لن حرام ادفع فلوس ٦ جلسات وانا اجي قبل الموظفين 5- هذا جدول الجلسات يدوي ومقلوب وبدون تاريخ؟؟! بدائي! 6-وعندي جلستين مؤجلة لم يتم اعادة جدولتها او التواصل معي لاعادة جدولتها!! 7-المركز ليس سيء علاجيا 8-اتمنى لهم النجاح ولكن يحتاج للخبرة في التعامل مع العملاء والمرونة في المواعيد واعادة الجدولة
