They took insurance from me and the insurance was not returned, knowing that I delivered the car and there was no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة ما جربت الاستئجار من عندهم بسبب أني زرتهم لأستأجر سيارة فطلب الموظف مني مبلغ 500ريال تأمين على السيارة، علماً أنه كان يكتفى بكامل مبلغ الأجار مقدماً حيث هذا المعمول به في أغلب شركات التأجير في المملكة للموظف السعودي، وكذلك رفض الموظف تأجيري بالرخصة الرقمية الموجودة في تطبيق توكلنا لعدم تواجد الرخصة معي حيث كانت في سيارتي في الصناعية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة تأجير سيارات ممتازة ، معاملة راقية جدا من الاخ ايمن المسئول بالمكتب، وخدمة الصيانة جيدة، لديهم مركز صيانة خاص بهم، وسياراتهم حالتها جيدة جداً
Excellent car rental company, very classy treatment from brother Ayman in charge of the office, and the maintenance service is good, they have their own maintenance center, and their cars are in very good condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرت سيارة وكانت الخدمه لابأس بها وكذلك الاستقبال ولكن طريقة التعامل في تعبئة البيانات الورقية من قبل احد الموظفين وعدم التوضيح للزبون جميع المستندات اللي طلب مني اوقع عليها للاسف لم تكن طريقة جيده
كذلك قيمة التأمين اللتي تم طلبها ودفعتها لم يتم ارجاعه لي وانما طلب حسابي البنكي ولم يتم تحويلها لي ورجعت للفرع بعد التنسيق بالاتصال بعد عدة ايام ليتم اخذ قيمة التأمين لا اتوقع تكرار التجربة
I rented a car and the service was okay as well as the reception, but the way of dealing with filling out paper data by one of the employees and not explaining to the customer all the documents he asked me to sign, unfortunately was not a good way
Also, the insurance value that was requested and paid was not returned to me. Rather, my bank account was requested and it was not transferred to me. I returned to the branch after coordination by calling after several days to take the insurance value. I do not expect to repeat the experience

I went there one week before our trip(Dammam),I ask Khaled if they have 2 Hyundai-H1 vans and he said they have it for a price of SR 240 per day each unit plus 0.80 for extra kilometer trip so SR960 for 2 days for two units.I told him that I am going to reserved it for 2 days next week and we agreed on the amount he given.We exchanged contact details and told me to call him back 2 days before thursday to make a reservation of SR500 and the remaining will be on the day I am going to get the units.He also informed me that there will be a cash back for security purposes of SR 1,040 so a total of SR2,000 and we agreed that amount.On that day when I am going to pay the full amount,he said that his manager told him that the total will be SR3,500 and forced me to pay SR3,000 and I told him that I will pay only on the amount we agreed which is SR2,000.His voice escalated so I told him to just return my SR2,000 and I am not going to get the units anymore and look for other car rental services in order to not cancel our trip.These kind of people are not doing their job professionally and with integrity.Also,when he knew that I am a filipino,he wanted me to make him massage eventhough he knows that it's not my job.I WILL NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS CAR RENTAL BRANCH FOR THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CLIENT.
