قال صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ” برّد الطعام، فإن الحار لا بركة فيه “.
قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ” تخللوا على أثر الطعام، وتمضمضوا، فإنها مصحة الناب والنواجذ “.
