★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has a lot to offer. The makeup, skincare and perfume selection was good but the customer service was so bad. The employees were scattered around but no one was able to help us in the perfume section. One of the employees that had so much makeup on as if she had used all the makeup they offered on her face responded by saying oh sorry I don’t know anything about the perfume section. They need to work on training their employees on how to handle customers and how to represent themselves appropriately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt its awesome but there return policies are pathetic, i went to olaya branch they had no cash to make return and they told me to go to panorama mall branch.when I reached that branch they said no refund after 9 pm .sale lady at Qasr mall said return within 3 days panorama mall she said13 days.. Please make clear policies

It’s spacious
Sales girls always helpful & friendly.
Inside the mall do basically you get a lot of things done with one trip to the mall.
Parking is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a service, I was served by the best employee I’ve ever come across at Sephora, I gave a number of feedback and reviews for Sephora uae because I noticed the employees there are not knowledgable of the products and they just want to sell regardless of the customer’s needs. I had a lovely experience at this branch yesterday, I was served by Sundos, she is very knowledgable, welcoming, professional and friendly, friendly enough not to cross the line. She made my shopping experience brilliant and I made a good purchase for all the products I need and more. Sundos knew what she was selling, she recommended products according to my needs and skin type, she tried some products for me without violating covid or personal space restrictions. She made my shopping experience extraordinary, Sephora Panorama is lucky to have her, she is an asset to the branch. Thank you

Then I requested the box and they didn’t have any boxes except the ones in the shown in the counter and she said it not allowed to give this to customers its only to be shown!
