q	qwa sdf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئه في هذا الفرع اليوم 2/4/2022 الساعه 2/14 م مع موظفه سمراء محجبه طلبنا اونلاين وكان استرجاع لقطعه رفضت واتهمتنا ان فاتحين القطعه ومستخدمه وهي تجي اصلا كذا من البراند بوكس بكج مو مختوم وطولت الموضوع ورفضت تعامل سيء توجهنا لفرع ثاني رجعوه على طول !! ارجو محاسبتها لان بعد حركتها هاذي اساءت لسيفورا كامل Bad experience in this branch today 2/4/2022 at 2/14 pm with a brown employee veiled. e	ebtesam 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسواء فرع جيته رحت استبدل منتج وكان الفرع فاضي اقسم بالله اني جلست فوق نص ساعه بحجه ان الموظفه الكريمه تقول مافي استبدال لين تجي السوبر فايزر العصر هي اللي لها صلاحيه الاستبدال؟ قلت نعم؟ وفوق كذبهم من متى صار كذا انو الاستبدال فقط العصر؟؟؟؟؟ يعني الصباح والليل مافي ؟ طبعا اتصلت على خدمه العملاء وكلمو الموظفه وطبعا طلع كل شي كذب ب كذب ورجعو لي المنتجع بنفس الثانيه وتوبه ادخل فرع سيفورا هذا مالومه فاضي عكس كل الفروع يعني يااختي الناس شمس وحر وجايتكم وبالاخير تبهذلوني تخلوني اوصل اكلم وارسل لين تسمعون الكلام! نصيحه الفرع هذا لاتقربونه روحو اي فرع لان هذا جدا سي The worst Jitah branch, I went to replace a product and the branch was empty, I swear to God, I sat for half an hour under the pretext that the decent employee says there is no replacement, so the super pfizer comes the afternoon, is she the one who has the validity of replacement?
