★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best Sephora branch in Riyadh. Even though not all the brands are available, the store layout is very nice and clear you don’t keep pumping into anyboday. The top floor is females only and they give extra services. The Benefit’s counter also do eyebrow drawing/waxing.
افضل فرع سيفورا بالرياض. ليست كل الماركات متوفرة لكن ترتيب المحل واسع حدا ومنظم. الدور العلوي مخصص للنساء فقط ويقدمون خدمات للمكياج. زاوية ماركة Benefits ايضاً تقدم خدمات رسم وجميع مايخص الحواجب.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the worst experiences ever ... we waited after isha prayer for 40 mins ... Prayer time usually take maximum 20 mins!!! I truly don’t know the reason behind the wait and what’s more disturbing is that after the wait I entered the store to see an army of employees just waiting and chatting !!!
Sephora company !!! Wouldn’t accept such behavior the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable... their was no excuse for the wait
I complained I was offered a compensation in a forum of a gift but my frustration was above this !!!
I hope this changes soon !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient. But unfortunately the prices are too big in comparison with European sephora (in Paris). So if you don't have a choice you can come to this sephora but if you have a possibility you should go to other malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today to buy from sephora unfortunately i had the worst experience ever!! They let us wait for 10 minutes out side because the employees have meeting on working hours!! I really don’t understand why!! It will be my last time to visit sephora! And the cashier she didn’t add my number until i ask her to add it???
