★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst staff I’ve seen in any shop ever. the girl working in there accuse me and she doesn’t let me try anything plus she claimed and said “you are not allowed to put a full make up, I saw you“
Just because I was trying 2 types of concealer in different eyes. Only concealer!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sephora is always the girls best friend, love the variety of brands, and I really admire how they care about the customers and provide beautiful charming gifts. Thanks for the professionally of the ladies, in Panorama Mall Ms. Nora and in Riyadh Park Ms. Fawziah Alzahrani, role models of good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and very racist. One girl yelled NO, OUT! and another physically pushed me out of the store. In all my travels in the Europe and mostly the US, I have never ever been physically pushed out of a store for no reason and the only reason that makes sense is that my skin is a little too dark for their liking which is odd considering that both girls were dark skinned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars only because the salesperson was very helpful - the FentyBeauty concealers they use must have been expired!!!! It caused my eyes to become irritated and produce pus, and my skin broke out almost immediately. My skin is almost always clear. So disappointing. CHECK THE EXPIRY DATES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was left speechless when came into the store with my friend who left her shopping trolley outside and was approached by most rude sale assistant screaming " GET OUT, OUT" at us as probably she thought we are pushing trolley inside the store. Wow... never coming back again. Online shopping will do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff very racist behaviour i purchased 500 bucks stuff from this place I wasn't able to fill the form when i asked the cashier she said no problem Chinese also works what do you mean and only Fenty beauty Dior sales ladies were helpful rather than them nobody was concerned about customer .
